| Attendance
Sara, Philip, Dave, Lucy, Andrew
Installfest
- end of week 4
- Dave will look for people to give short talks about linux
- BBQ - Andrew will cook. We'll charge a small amount for food, probably $1.
DVD nights
- Won't happen, for legal reasons
Games nights
- Will happen regularly, hopefully every fortnight
- "Intensive promotion" for the first one
- Sara will sort out room bookings
- Move to office if we can't get seminar room?
Couchwarming
- Couches will arrive in the next few weeks
- We'll try to keep the office open for one full day soon after they arrive.
Selling food or drinks
- Selling food is a bad idea.
- We'll make a decision on selling drinks after we get the fridge.
BBQ
- Week 4, Thursday
- Promote installfest during the BBQ
- Andrew will investigate prices for food other than sausages
